How does personalization work?
Choose a race design and enter your name, race date, finish time, bib number, and other requested details. We use the information you submit to prepare your personalized design.
Can I review my details before ordering?
Yes. You’ll review your size and personalization details before adding the shirt to your cart. Your final design will be created using the information you submit, so please check everything carefully.
Can I submit my own route?
Yes. Select Custom Route and upload a GPX file from Strava, Garmin, or another running app. We will use your file to create the route design.
What if I do not have a GPX file?
Contact us through our Contact page with information about your race or route. We will let you know whether we can locate or recreate it.
What if I do not know my finish time or bib number yet?
You may leave those fields blank. Finish time and bib number are optional, so you can order before race day.
How long does a personalized order take?
After your order is placed, we create your personalized design and send it into production. Production generally takes 2–5 business days, followed by approximately 2–8 business days for standard US shipping.
Can I change my order?
You may request changes before approving your design proof. Once the proof has been approved and production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every shirt is personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing choices, customer-submitted errors, or changes of mind. If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the approved design, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How should I choose my size?
Review the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, consider choosing the larger size.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping to addresses within the United States.
Are PERDURO products official race merchandise?
No. PERDURO is an independent apparel brand and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any race organizer or sponsor.
