SHIPPING POLICY

PERDURO currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, products ordered, and package weight. The exact shipping charge will be displayed before payment.

Each PERDURO shirt is personalized and made to order. After an order is placed, we create the design using the route and personalization information submitted by the customer, then send the completed design into production.

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for design preparation and production. Standard US shipping typically takes an additional 2–8 business days.

All processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, address issues, carrier delays, production delays, and unusually high order volumes may extend delivery times.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalization, route, and shipping information. PERDURO is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or product errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Delivery to US PO boxes may be available, although delivery may take longer and cannot be guaranteed in every case.

Because each product is personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect customer-provided details, incorrect sizing selections, or changes of mind. If an order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the information submitted with the order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
